Property within the High Valley Community & Saddle Club is subject to Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) that govern property use, house, fence and other building structures’ design and style, animal control, use of common property and easements, as well as other items of community importance.
High Valley’s CCRs include our Covenants, Bylaws, and Policies.
Prospective buyers with a signed purchase and sale agreement can request these documents, as well as other documents necessary to complete a real estate transaction by completing and submitting the Document Request form.
